Sri R. Venkat Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.3, insurance company, is present.

However, there is no representation for the appellant despite notifying the matter in the advance cause list and re-notifying it in the present cause list.

Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
