It is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner that the order dt.20-10-2016 in W.P.No.35336 of 2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by respondent by issuing proceedings dt.16-03-2017.

In view of the said action of respondent, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

To the extent the proceedings is adverse, liberty is granted to the petitioner to question the same by way of separate proceeding. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
