THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18484 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not issuing duplicate authorization in place of misplaced original fair price shop authorization of petitioner's fair price shop No.19 of Cheeded Village, Manchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 03.03.2015 and the petitioner submitted his explanation. Based on the same, an order was passed on 08.06.2015 cancelling the authorization of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly it is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
