This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 379 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") by the petitioner/respondent to set aside the order dated 10-10-2019 passed in M.C.No.25 of 2016 on the file of Judge, Family Court-Cum-III Additional District Judge at Warangal.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Perused the !

record.
3. Upon perusal of proceeding sheet, no interim orders were granted by this Court earlier. Though-notice was ordered by this Court on 29.10.2022, proof of service of notice is not filed by the petitioner. Unless the petitioner prosecutes his case diligently, the cases cannot be kept pending, for the said reason, the revision is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application if the cause survives.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
