This writ petition is filed for the following relief: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order or orders, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representation dated 20.02.2017 as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the principals of natural justice and unconstitutional and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 13.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1738 of 2017 and batch. A copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper.

Following the above said order, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
