Sri G. Rambabu, learned counsel for the appellant, under the instructions of the appellant, filed letter dated 02.11.2017 with the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the present appeal to enable the appelalnt to seek permission to withdraw the same. Sri Swaroop Oorilla, learned counsel for the respondent, is present and reports no objection for withdrawing the appeal by the appellant.

Of course, the matter was heard and reserved for judgment. Permissions is accorded.

Accordingly, the C.C.C.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. The letter dated 02.11.2017 shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
