This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.735 of 2018 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 01.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST Cases-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar and S.C.No.65 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
