Sri Ch. Ravinder, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the vehicle which was subjected to seizure had thereafter been released and therefore the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
