THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3017 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 03.06.2013 in I.A.No.191 of 2013 in O.S.No.481 of 2010 passed by VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed under Section 45 of the Evidence Act read with Section 151 of CPC was dismissed.

As there was no stay during the pendency of this revision, the main suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 25.08.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
