HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.3067 and 3070 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

These Criminal Petitions are filed by the petitioner/ accused to dispense with his personal appearance pending disposal of C.C.Nos.27 and 28 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I.Cases, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides.

The personal appearance of the petitioner in the respective Calendar Cases is dispensed with, subject to his appearance as and when required and, in particular, if any charges are framed, for answering the charges and if at all representing through advocate, for hearing on charges. This order holds good only till then, however, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file fresh application or separate application before the lower Court under Section 205 Cr.P.C. subsequently, if necessary. Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
