THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.166 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.790 of 2017 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, on 29.12.2018.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
