The petitioners, 40 in number, working as teachers in the 7th respondent School filed this writ petition seeking extension of 1999 Revised Pay Scales to the teaching and non teaching staff working in Stanely Girls High School, Chapel Road, Hyderabad. It appears all the petitioners retired from service and revised pay scales benefit might have been settled to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners expressed his inability to contact the petitioners at this length of time. In spite of addressing letters to the petitioners through registered post, he could not get any response from them.

In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to agitate before the competent forum, as per law, if they have any grievance with regard to non implementation of 1999 Revised Pay Scales and payment of arrears, if any. No costs.
