Heard Mr.K.Venkatesulu for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

The petitioner complains against non-registration of crime on complaint dated 12.12.2017, as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on 3rd respondent. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent registered complaint, dated 12.12.2017 as Cr.No.36 of 2018.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed, as no further order is necessary. No order as to costs.
