THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 96 of 2020 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-implementation of order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21208 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, respondent No.1 issued proceedings dated 23.10.2019. A copy of same is placed on record. Though with the delay of one week, the order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court has been complied with by issuing the afore-stated proceedings.

In those circumstances, the contempt case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 23.10.2019.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
