THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32877 OF 2017 ORDER:

After making submissions for some time, Sri P. Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to make an application to the District Collector on the alleged illegal interference by the jurisdictional Tahsildar in individual capacity. 2.

If there is merit in the claim of the petitioners on making allegation of illegal interference without any jurisdiction and if the petitioners are so advised, it is open to them to make such application to the District Collector.

Granting the said liberty to the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
