The present Criminal Petition is liled seeking to call for the records relating to Cr.No.292 of 2Ol4 on the file of the Station House Officer, P.S. Mellacheruvu, at Mellacheruvu, Nalgonda District and pass such other order or orders.

2. Heard Mr.Lakshman, learned counsel representing Mr.V.Bramhaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that both the parties have settled the disputes outside the Court and no further orders are required in this criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous' 4.
