This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to dispossess the Petitioners from their H.No.4-6-118/1/A (Southern Part) with a built-up area of 100 Sq Ft in Plot admeasuring 50 Sq yds (out of 90 Sq yds as per measurements)situated in Sy.No.387 of Attapur Village, Rajendra Nagar Circle (GHMC), Hyderabad without following the procedure under the Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 as Illegal, Arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and the Petitioners Fundamental/ Constitutional rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India ......"

Respondent No.5-Sri Sita Ramachandraswamy Temple, Ram Bagh, Attapur, Rajendra Nagar Circle (GHMC), Hyderabad filed a counter-affidavit stating that the land in Survey No.387 of Attapur Village belongs to Sri Surya Bhagavan Temple, Attapur Village and that they are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners in any manner.
