Heard Mr.Praveen for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that having regard to the passage of time, from the date of filing, till date and in view of the interim direction granted by this Court, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the contempt case is also dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
