This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of Yellareddy Police Station, Nizamabad District. 2 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the case is registered as S.C.No.38 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, if the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 are aggrieved by the filing of the charge-sheet, they can agitate the same before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
