Nirmal Town.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition filed in support thereof, the Court made the following ORDER:

"This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of bail to the petitioners, who is A-1 in Crime No. 287 of 2017 of Nirmal Town Police Station, Nirmal district, [Adilabad district], registered for the offences punishable under section 354-D, 506 read with section 34 of IPC and Section 7 read with section 8 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has been following the victim girl and has been pressuring her to love him. The remand case diary reflects the same fact.

4. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an autodriver, aged about 26 year and since 08/11/2017 he has been in jail and that material part of the investigation is completed.

5. A perusal of the remand case diary shows that the entire investigation is completed, except filing of the charge sheet. Contd...2/P

6. Hence, considering the above, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A-1 is directed to be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000=00 [Rs. Twenty Thousand only] with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nirmal, Nirmal district [Adilabad district]. He shall appear before the Station House Officer, Nirmal Town Police Station, on every Sunday between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed."
