THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.859 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 30.01.2018, obtained from the Sub-Collector's Office, Bhadrachalam are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

According to the said instructions, the subject suit i.e., O.S.No.128 of 2000 was not transferred to respondent No.3 - Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhadrachalam as stated by the petitioner and it was transferred to Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam by way of an order, dated 30.12.2003. It is further stated that no such suit is pending before respondent No.3.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
