This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/accused seeking to call for the records relating to order, dated 12-07-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.161 of 2016 in C.C.No.97 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District, which was filed by the complainant/respondent No.1 herein under Sections 244 and 294 of Cr.P.C to receive the document, dated 12-08-2012 and to quash the same as it is illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Under Section 244 Cr.P.C., when the complainant produced the document and such document is useful for the purpose of proving the case of the complainant, the Court can receive such document. Therefore, I see no grounds to interfere with the order impugned.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
