Heard Sri G. Sundaresan, advocate representing Sri P. Govinda Rajulu and the learned Government Pleader for Education for the respondents.

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the examination to be conducted for filling up 80 posts of Secondary Grade Teachers in the 3rd respondent-school. The said selections pertain to the year 2002. At this stage, no direction can be issued to the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
