Nallabotula Laleappa, Ananthapuram Dist v. Prl Secy, School Education Dept., Hyd And 9 Ot
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1415 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 4th respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner strenuously contended that entrustment of the school building for construction to the 10th respondent is detrimental to the interest of the society at large and the students studying in particular.
Learned Standing counsel appearing for the 4th respondent contended that the writ petition, as filed, is not maintainable. However, on the query raised by this Court with regard to the locus of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the form of Public Interest Litigation.
Acceding to the said request, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 26.11.2018.
