This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.02.11.2012 in I.A.No.661 of 2011 in O.S.No.192 of 2011 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam dismissing the application filed under Order XXVI Rule 9 of CPC to appoint advocate commissioner. During the pendency of this revision, no interim stay was granted by this Court, consequently, the trial Court disposed of the suit itself on 07.06.2016. Therefore, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this revision. Hence, this revision petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
