THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7291 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

Petitioners are the children of late Narsaiah. Vide orders in G.O.Rt.No.1182 Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department dated 24.08.2009, punishment of 100% cut in pension was imposed on the father of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the said punishment late Narsaiah, preferred revision on 10.03.2010 before the Government, which was addressed to Hon'ble The Chief Minister. The said Representation/Revision addressed to Hon'ble The Chief Minister was forwarded to the Chief Secretary, Municipal Corporation and Urban Development Department vide No.4112/CMP-MM/2013 dated 28.09.2013. Petitioner alleges that so far no decision is taken on the Revision filed by their late father. 3.

Since the petitioners contend that the Revision filed by their father is yet to be acted upon, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, Telangana (1st respondent) to consider the Revision filed by the father of the petitioners to Hon'ble The Chief Minister and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
