THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2131 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not taking any action on the representation dated 26.09.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondent - Gram Panchayat that necessary action will be taken, in accordance with law, on the representation dated 26.09.2016.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent - Gram Panchayat, to take appropriate action on the representation dated 26.09.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, including the unofficial respondents herein, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
