HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI WRIT PETITION NO.910 OF 2020 ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, as the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed in the crime. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available to him in accordance with law. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
