THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.19812 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in I.D.No.109 of 2002 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court at warangal and quash the same.

Learned counsel for the second respondent is present. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 19.04.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
