This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.p.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in FIR.No.94O of 2O15, dated 05.10.2015 on the file of the Police Station Uppa-I, Cyberabad for the offences under Section 3 15, 494-4, 406, 42O, 506 and 509 IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry I I Prohibition Act, 156(3) Cr.P.C.

Heard the Iearned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Assistalt Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent- State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the cause in the present criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, no further orders are required ald hence seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous. 4.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State is present and takes no objection to the same.
