The case of the petitioner is that he made an application on 02.12.2013 for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.3.04 cents covered in R.S.No.408/2 situated at Reddyganapavaram Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make an application in Form VI-A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to make an application in Form VI-A. In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make an application in Form VI-A. On such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
