THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5528 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 31.3.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1366 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.35 of 2014 by the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, wherein interim maintenance was granted to respondents 2 to 4. Heard.

As per Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 an appeal shall lie against any order passed under this Act. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. Registry is directed to return all the original papers to the petitioner under proper receipt and acknowledgement.
