HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR W.P.No.19775 OF 2009 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had informed this Court that he has no instructions from the petitioners and the petitioners have also retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.

Since the petitioners have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
