THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.967 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in appointing eight candidates who have secured lesser marks than the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the case of the petitioner would be considered for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher. In view of the submissions made by the respective parties, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
