As the cause in the Writ Petitions do not survive, the question of law, decided in the Writ Petitions, is left open to be adjudicated, if need be, in subsequent legal proceedings.
The Writ Appeals are, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
