When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Vedula Shiva Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
