THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1308 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 13.03.2014 in I.A.No.63 of 2014 in O.P.No.13 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The above interlocutory application was filed to raise the attachment effected on the bank accounts of the petitionerMunicipal Corporation, Rajahmundry. The trial Court after considering the material on record, dismissed the application. Hence, this revision.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.P.No.13 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Therefore, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.13 of 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
