Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri A. Ravi Babu, counsel for respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the charge-sheet dt.15.09.2016, issued by respondents. 3.
The petitioner contends that the allegation framed in the chargesheet is that petitioner had produced a fake Secondary School Certificate at the time of his recruitment as a conductor; and that he had sought for a copy of the document (which the petitioner had submitted and on the basis of which the respondents have issued the charge-sheet) in his explanation dt.20.09.2016, but the same had not been furnished to petitioner.

Sri A. Ravi Babu, counsel appearing for respondents, states that the respondents will furnish the material on the basis of which the respondents have come to the conclusion that the Secondary School Certificate memo produced by petitioner at the time of his recruitment is false including the Secondary School Certificate memo (copy of which the petitioner had allegedly submitted at the time of his recruitment) within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to furnish to petitioner the documents on the basis of which the charge has been framed against petitioner including the copy of the Secondary School Certificate memo which the petitioner had allegedly furnished to the respondents at the time of his recruitment as fake, within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 6.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
