Both the counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents contended that this Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings dated 14.08.2002 and the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, vide Proceedings Rc.No.2900/Admn.IV.2/1997, dated 5.8.2002, posting the 5th respondent as Junior Assistant in the existing grant in aid vacancy of Junior Assistant in the 4th respondent's College ignoring the claim of the petitioner for regularization. 2.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the said orders on 11.10.2002.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
