O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the Officers of the Food Corporation of India against the Award dated 13.01.2004 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad, in LCID No.114 of 2002.

The first respondent herein is the workman who was the petitioner in the LCID before the Central Government Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Hyderabad. While so, the Writ Petition was dismissed as against the first respondent pursuant to the order dated 23.06.2011 passed by this Court. The validity of the impugned Award cannot be examined by this Court in the absence of the first respondentworkman, who would be adversely affected thereby. The Writ Petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order dated 20.04.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
