The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the investigation was substantially completed as early as on 26.06.2013 and further steps in the matter would have been taken by 2nd respondent.

With the passage of time, it appears that petitioner is not interested in complaining against inaction in investigation.

Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly. No order as to costs.
