THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.15953 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 13.07.2012, in Original Application No.9120 of 2011 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and quash the same.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by both the counsel that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by an order of a Division Bench of this Court, dated 06.08.2012 in W.P.No.30408 of 2011.

4. Following the said order, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order, dated 13.07.2012 in Original Application No.9120 of 2011 is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
