These two Criminal Petitions, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, are filed seeking to quash the proceedings, dated 23.10.2010 of the Joint Collector, Adilabad District, against the petitioners. 2.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor filed a Memo, dated 29.08.2016, stating that the parties have compromised the cases before the elders on 13.07.2018 and in that regard they have addressed a letter to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Jaipur.

Recording the same, both the Criminal Petitions are closed. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
