It is the case of the petitioner that he was discharging his duties as Salesman in the 4th respondent-Society and he was placed under suspension alleging that there were certain monetary irregularities to a tune of about Rs.10.00 lakhs and also the former Chief Executive Officer of the 4th respondentSociety by name Kasturi Nageswara Rao on 10-03-2011 in Order in Rc.No.1/2011, PACS on the basis of the report submitted by the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Miryalaguda while initiating enquiry under Section 59 of the Cooperative Societies Act and he has been paid subsistence allowance till November, 2013 and thereafter, subsistence allowance has not been paid. As such, the petitioner made representation to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has confirmed through letter dated 24-10-2014.
No action has been taken for payment of subsistence allowance. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner without making any representation straightaway approached this Court. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
