HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.22962 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

Absolutely, the petitioner has no locus to seek the relief against the 2nd respondent not to entertain any document relating to the land, which is allegedly conveyed to him by the 4th respondent under an agreement of sale, dated 01-08-2008.

As an agreement holder, the petitioner has to work out his remedies in appropriate proceedings. However, the petitioner cannot seek a direction to the 2nd respondent not to receive any document from anybody and register relating to the land claimed by him.

The relief sought for is clearly misconceived and hence the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies available under law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
