THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.82 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.24198 of 2010 dated 15.11.2018, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioners and rejected vide order dated 07.01.2019. Since in compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.24198 of 2010 dated 15.11.2018, the respondents have considered and rejected the case of the petitioners vide order dated 07.01.2019, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the said rejection order dated 07.01.2019 in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
