This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the premises admeasuring 260 square yards in Survey No.125 of Kurnool Town (abutting premises bearing D.No.43/133), without issuing any notice, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with their possession in respect of the said property.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Sreemannarayana, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
