HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1653 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage the following order is passed.

A perusal of charge sheet would show a prima facie material against the accused for the offences under Sections 332 read with 34 IPC. Therefore, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners/A3 and A4 are students and their regular attendance to the Court will hamper their studies, the attendance of the petitioners/A3 and A4 in C.C.No.357 of 2007 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
