This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33672 of 2017.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that the order, dated 10.10.2017, is complied with. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous Applications, if any, filed in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
