THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1099 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the second respondent in disconnecting the power supply to the premises having service connection No.A9008141 with USC No.100417698, as illegal and unconstitutional. When the matter is called, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the power supply is not disconnected and it is only on apprehension the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner is not valid and the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 25th January, 2019.
